My Bio

I first want to say thank you so much for your consideration of my services! It means so much to me and I will be an extremely dedicated trainer.

I was born in Massachusetts and from there moved all over the United States. My family finally resettled again in Massachusetts when I was about 12 years old and I have been here ever since. I attended Newton South High School and went on to UMass Boston for 1 year! When I was at UMass I found out that college was actually not my thing.

I joined the United States Army in 2011 as a Military Police Officer where I served for 8 years. I was honorably discharged in 2019. In the Military I became who I am today. I learned to stand up for myself, that no matter what happens I will never give up, and I learned how strong I can actually be. I was pushed to all of my limits physically and mentally. I also learned what I wanted to do for a living which is to be a Corrections Officer.

In 2013 I finally landed a job as a Corrections Officer (I was still part-time in the Army National Guard). I worked at the Suffolk County Sheriff's Department for 6 years. I then became pregnant in 2016 and had my adorable daughter Rylie. Ryle was the reason that I decided I wanted to get into fitness.

When I was pregnant with Rylie I discovered the sport of bodybuilding! How funny is that! I decided that as soon as I could after she was born I wanted to compete in a bodybuilding competition. While I was pregnant I did a TON of research on nutrition, proper training technique, and how I would be able to achieve my goal. I also worked out my entire pregnancy hoping that it would assist me in achieving my goals. My dream was to be able to show other women that even with being a mom you can still be fit! I also wanted to show women how fast they could get their body back if they really put their mind to it.  In October, my amazing daughter was born and I went to work on myself and learned how to successfully be a mom.

I competed in my first bodybuilding show April of 2017, I was 6 months post-partum and 100% self trained!! I competed in the bikini division of bodybuilding which I actually found out wasn't for me. It turns out my genetics just don't work for that division! I ended up switching to the Figure division and put new goals for myself in place. Working towards Figure was the only time I worked with a trainer. I am beyond glad I decided to because he taught me A TON! I ended up competing in Figure in April of 2018 (1 year later!). I ended up walking away with a second place trophy and I felt on top of the world!

In 2019 I made the best decision of my life and switched from Suffolk County to the Worcester County Sheriff's Office (main reason was the commute). I currently work there full time in the Training Department. I work as a drill instructor with 10-20 recruits are attempting to become Correctional Officers for the department. Fitness training for the recruits is usually everyday where I or one of my co-workers are the lead instructors. We train them in strength, cardio, obstacle courses, defensive tactics style fitness training, yoga, flexibility and more! I am also the lead instructor for all of their nutrition training.

If you want someone in the fitness industry with a very unique training style please feel free to call me/text me/email me! I would love to help you with your goals!
